Maintenance and Support Subscription
When you purchase a license you also get maintenance and support subscription for one year.
Maintenance subscription gives you the following benefits:
- Upgrades: all new versions are available to you free of charge;
- Timely assistance by e-mail: we treat your requests for help as high priority and usually answer within one business day.
Maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. If you intend to renew, we recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiration.
