We worked closely with Atlassian and Atlassian Platinum Solution partner, Adaptavist, to establish an improved quality process, which will allow us to continue to meet the demanding needs of our Data Center clients.

What Does This Mean for Our Customers?

If you’re using Structure for Jira server on Data Center today, we recommend that you obtain a new Data Center license soon and consider upgrading to the latest version of Structure. We have worked hard over the past two years to make our apps more stable, scalable and high performing, and upgrading ensures you can continue to receive updates and support. Please note that while you may continue to use your existing Structure license, after September 2, 2019 you will no longer be able to renew maintenance for that version.

What Will It Cost?

Data Center approved apps follow an annual subscription model, based on your Data Center user tier. This new pricing model matches Atlassian’s pricing plan for Data Center and will help ensure customers are only paying for the amount of licenses they truly need.
