How to Upgrade

To upgrade from a Deskzilla 3.0 or newer:

  1. Stop Deskzilla if it is running.
  2. Back up your workspace.
  3. Run the downloaded executable file. Select the same installation directory to overwrite the older version.
  4. After launching the new version for the first time, wait until background synchronization finishes.

If you are using an older version, use the instructions to upgrade from Deskzilla 1.x-2.x .

To upgrade from Deskzilla Lite to Deskzilla Pro, follow the usual upgrade steps. Make sure you have a license key ready.
