St. Petersburg, Russia - September 7, 2012: ALM Works, a software company focused on tools for software development and application lifecycle management, announced that it will co-organize and participate in the Russian Atlassian User Group 2012, which will take place in Moscow on October 12, 2012.
The Moscow Atlassian User Group is one of a series of seminars that have become an annual event attended by users and activists of the Atlassian community in Russia and neighboring states. This year, the event is bigger than before and is expected to be visited by a record number of guests — nearly 100 enthusiasts and representatives of companies from different industries will take part in the one-day seminar.
ALM Works, as a software developer of such products as the Structure plugin and the JIRA Client for Atlassian JIRA, is a co-organizer of the event, along with Teamlead, the only Russian Atlassian Platinum Expert, and StiltSoft, a Belarusian developer of plugins, themes, and extensions for Atlassian products.
The Moscow Atlassian User Group 2012 will be focused on news and insights about Atlassian products and the Atlassian ecosystem. Visitors will have an opportunity to share and learn best practices and case studies covering Atlassian software. The agenda will include discussions on Atlassian Community Milestones 2011-2012, the latest trends in the Atlassian plugin development, tips for advanced JIRA administrators, the use of JIRA and Confluence across multiple company departments, how the Structure plugin helps build issue hierarchies in JIRA, and other topics.
The Moscow Atlassian User Group 2012 is open to all current and prospective Atlassian product users as well as novice and experienced users. Everyone who is interested in Atlassian products and ecosystem is invited to the event to share knowledge and experiences, learn tips and tricks, and socialize with other users. The working language on the conference is Russian.
Atlassian User Groups are informal gatherings of users, developers and enthusiasts who are passionate about Atlassian tools and technology. Events are held by Atlassian partners throughout the world and are venues where people can have discussions about common interests, challenges and best practices.
