CROSS is a JIRA plugin for partial synchronization of two or more JIRA instances. It lets larger organizations set up multi-instance JIRA infrastructure, while keeping a subset of issues synced across instances.
With CROSS for JIRA, you can set up a limited public JIRA for your customers, integrate with your contractors' JIRA instances, or connect multiple JIRAs used throughout your organization.

Synchronization is done via XML files, which can be transferred between the instances in any way possible. (Yes, you can use a floppy disk.)
Concurrent changes are seamlessly merged. In case of conflicting changes, the user is able to review and resolve the conflicts one by one.
