Structure plugin is available for free for JIRA servers that run on Community, Open-Source, Non-Profit, Development and Demonstration licenses from Atlassian.
Check the footer of your JIRA page — if you are entitled to run Structure on your JIRA server free of charge, just download and install the plugin.
Commercial License Terms
Commercial license for the Structure plugin comes on the following terms:
- License is perpetual — no expiration date.
- License is tied to a specific JIRA server by server ID. We can reassign your license key to a different server ID at any time.
- License is limited by the maximum number of users in JIRA - it should match or exceed the user limit imposed by your JIRA license.
- License includes 1 year of maintenance subscription, which entitles you to free upgrades (you are able to use any version of the product that is released prior to maintenance expiration date). Maintenance renewal is optional and costs 50% of the base license price, per year.
- We provide email-based support to all of our users regardless of their license and maintenance subscription status.
The license is sold under End-User License Agreement. We cannot accept purchase orders with any additional Terms and Conditions.
