Helsinki, Finland - October 25, 2012: JIRA and Confluence Nordic Conference took place at Finlandia Hall in Helsinki, Finland. The conference was organized by Ambientia, Atlassian's Platinum and Enterprise expert, and brought together Atlassian's users, customers, partners and other experts. The venue served as an opportunity for the participants to “explore what makes a company work together artfully whether it is collaboration, communication or process and task management.”

The organizers invited teams and individuals for an inspiring day of learning, networking and fun. The full-day conference consisted of partner presentations and customer cases targeted for those considering Atlassian products, those already using them and those who were merely curious about them and liked to enjoy a good old conference day out of the office. Among the partners of the organizers for this event was Atlassian, and a number of other companies included in the Atlassian ecosystem.

Over 100 participants took part in the conference and more than 20 guest speakers gave their presentations. The agenda consisted of a series of sessions and talks, including JIRA and Confluence customer cases, Confluence-based Intranet design issues and plugin vendors' presentations.

“The conference turned out to be a lively yet warm and welcome event,” said Igor Baltiyskiy, ALM Works. “Before the conference, I thought to benefit mostly from the customer cases and, as a JIRA plugin developer and a seasoned Confluence user, I wasn't expecting to learn a lot of new things from the other talks. Better yet, I found several talks amazing. The focus was slightly on the Confluence side, and Intranet organization was a hot topic — both in the lecture rooms and in the lounge. I was glad to meet customers and fellow developers, and I'm looking forward to the next Nordic conference, with even more customer stories enlightening us, the developers.”
