Purchasing JIRA Client License
You can purchase JIRA Client license from Atlassian Marketplace (site license, recommended, requires JIRA administrator to install) or from ALM Works (team and single-user licenses).

- All licenses are perpetual — there's no expiration date.
- Each license includes 1 year of maintenance subscription, which entitles you to free upgrades and support.
Site License
- Same terms and licensing model as for JIRA and for other server-side plugins.
- JIRA Client license must match your current Atlassian license.
- Users don't need to install separate license files — license is managed via JIRA Client plugin by your JIRA administrator.

Single-User License
- Can be used by a single person on one or more computers.
- Issued to the person's name or to a company name.
- Price does not depend on the JIRA server license, may be used to work with any JIRA server.
Ordering Team and Single-User Licenses
Online orders are processed by our reseller, Digital River GmbH (Share-It). They may charge additional VAT or sales tax depending on your location. If you'd like to purchase directly from us with a wire transfer, or via another reseller, please contact sales@almworks.com.
License keys are delivered by e-mail within one day after the purchase (usually immediately).
Licenses are sold under the End-User License Agreement. We cannot accept purchase orders with any additional Terms and Conditions.
Ordering from Atlassian
Please note that not all countries are currently supported by Atlassian Marketplace. If you want to buy JIRA Client license but your country is not on the list of eligible countries, you can buy the license from ALM Works instead. Another option is to contact one of the Atlassian Experts for reselling services.
Academic licenses are also available.
Maintenance and Support
All licenses come with 1-year maintenance and support subscription, which allows you to freely upgrade to the latest versions and benefit from timely support service.
Maintenance subscription renewal is optional, but recommended, since it will allow you to use the latest versions of the software that contain the latest fixes and improvements.
