Team License

• Can be shared within a company or a team.
• Price depends on the total number of people using Deskzilla. (It's not a floating license.)

Single-User License

• Can be used by a single person on one or more computers.
• Issued to the person's name or to a company name.

Licensing Terms

• All licenses are perpetual — there's no expiration date.
• Connections to unlimited number of Bugzilla servers are allowed, with no limit on the number of bugs.
• Each license includes 1 year of maintenance subscription, which entitles you to free upgrades and support.
• After the 1 year of use, maintenance renewal is optional, but recommended, since it allows you to upgrade to the latest versions.

Purchasing Logistics

• License keys are delivered by e-mail within one day after the purchase (usually, within 10 minutes).
• Online orders are processed by our reseller, Share-It. They may charge additional VAT or sales tax depending on your location. If you'd like to purchase directly from us with a wire transfer, or via another reseller, please contact sales.

Maintenance Renewals

The initial license covers 1 year of free upgrades. To use a version that is released after the initial 1 year you need to renew maintenance subscription.
