This is a full-time position in our Boston office.
We are looking for a service oriented Customer and Sales Support Specialist to provide sales and technical support to customers in an efficient and accurate manner. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers all over the globe that utilize Structure Plugin for JIRA and other products. You will triage customer issues, determine the root cause of their problems, identify bugs and provide solutions. You will collaborate with our sales and business teams, facilitate trial-to-sales conversions and maintenance renewals, advise customers on best-business practices, collect feedback, and publish knowledge and support articles. You will be instrumental in providing a consistent high quality customer service, improving support methodologies and maintaining a wide and loyal customer base.
