This is a full-time position in our Boston office.
We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer who would bring a unique combination of technical and communication skills, with a strong work ethic, advanced troubleshooting skills and desire for collaboration with customers, developers, and sales staff.
You will dive deep into all aspects of Atlassian JIRA large-scale deployments and communicate in a shared language with both software engineers and customers. You will thrive in a very fast-paced environment supporting fast growing enterprise applications and assisting a growing customer base. You will lead and contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement and best practices' development in all areas of service. The ideal candidate must be customer focused, have the ability to understand "what is that a customer is trying to achieve", determine the root cause of their problems and provide an optimal solution.
