This is a full-time position in our Boston office.
We are looking for a detail oriented Customer Service professional who will serve as a point of contact for our customers and assist in the day to day operations of our Sales, Support and Business Operations teams, including processing customer orders, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining client information, participating in marketing and office management activities. The Customer Service Representative must demonstrate a professional attitude at all times, develop and maintain positive customer relations and ensure that all tasks are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
