The latest version of Testy, our free testing extension for Structure, comes with Status Notes.
These are simple markdown text comments that can be attached to any Testy status, and they're the fastest way to communicate to your developers why a test was Failed or Blocked.
Have a read of the Testy documentation for more details, or watch the demonstration video below.
If you're working with reusable test checklists you'll find Status Notes much more fun than referencing test runs in JIRA comments.
Bear in mind that Status Notes don't generate notifications and aren't intended for holding conversations. Think of them more as virtual sticky notes that you can leave on your developers' monitors.
